As a team we have completed numerous of transactions in different industries: financial, railway, real eastate, energy, metallurgy, programming on the total amount of more than 4, 5 billion PLN. Team members worked in the largest commercial banks, Polish National Bank, the World Bank. The experience gained also in the international consulting firms and state-owned companies.

In 2012-2015 current members of the Board of Luma Investment managed the PKP Group, the Group with a capital value of PLN 30 billion.

They had supervision over 14 subsidiaries: the largest operators of infrastructure, goods and passenger logistics in Poland. As part of a broad restructuring and optimisation plan, they successfully completed dozens of programmes, among others: employment optimisation (reduction by 11 thousand employees), professionalisation of supervisory boards (the presence of representatives of the TFI), an increase in return on equity (dividends higher by 300 million PLN compared to the comparable period), eventually leading to revenue growth of subsidiaries in 2015.
